Toolpath calculation

Toolpaths are optimized based on the specific capabilities, limitations, and characteristics of the machine. This ensures that the toolpaths generated by ENCY are tailored to leverage the machine’s strengths and accommodate the limitations of the specific CNC machine being used.

Stock and material monitoring

ENCY features stock tracking technology. This technology monitors and updates the virtual model of the raw material, from which the part is milled, to reflect the material removed after each operation. This enables efficient toolpath generation and supports control, verification, and validation for collisions and interferences.

Realistic simulation

ENCY offers comprehensive simulation tools, including full machine simulation, ultra-fast and high-quality voxel simulation, and highly accurate solid simulation for material removal, additive simulation, and spray simulation. This ensures a detailed and accurate representation of the entire machining process.

 
 

NC code verification

ENCY includes an NC code-based simulation and verification function that allows users to accurately simulate and validate the actual G-code to ensure precise and error-free machining before it is executed on the CNC machine.
