DamenCNC from Alphen aan den Rijn develops and supplies all peripheral equipment for robot cells such as tool change stations, milling motors, suctioning, 3D probes, etc. DamenCNC is managed by owner Kevin Damen. Kevin studied aerospace engineering at TU Delft. Kevin and his team are of great value to us because, in addition to peripheral equipment with a good price/quality ratio, they also develop and produce products themselves.
These can be mechanical parts as well as electronic components or assemblies. Examples include a control box that ensures that the milling motor is fully integrated into the robot controller or a mounting flange for the milling motor that is suitable for various robots.
DamenCNC completes our robot cells
DamenCNC is distributor for Teknomotor in the Benelux. They can supply various milling motors, with or without a tool change station. DamenCNC also supplies the corresponding tool holders and accessories for the milling motors. In addition to the aforementioned products, DamenCNC has a very extensive range of products intended for CNC and Robot cells.
Due to the high level of knowledge and years of experience in the field of CNC and motion control, DamenCNC is able to develop durable, high-quality products. A big advantage is that DamenCNC can also produce these products.
DamenCNC owns a DMG CNC lathe with driven tools and a live axis. A DMG 5-axis machining centre will soon be added to this. With such a machine park, quality and continuity are guaranteed.
Own product development
Because of the knowledge and facilities that DamenCNC has at their disposal, they are of great added value to us. All new parts for the robot cells are developed by Kevin and tested in our demo cells. This allows us as a group to distinguish ourselves from other providers in the market. They can also make changes very quickly, so we can meet the specific needs of each customer.
